GitHub Releases
Portable ZIP or Inno Setup installer, published straight from a dedicated releases repository — signed checksums included, so you can verify exactly what you're running.
Download from GitHubSHA-256 checksums ship in SHA256SUMS.txt next to every release. MoniTweak's application source stays private; this repository carries build artifacts and release notes only.

Portable ZIP
Unzip anywhere, run MoniTweak.exe. Nothing is written outside its own folder and %LocalAppData%\MoniTweak. Delete the folder to remove it completely.
Installer (.exe)
Installs to your user profile — no admin rights, no elevation prompt. Adds a Start Menu entry and lets Windows handle clean uninstalls. Upgrades install in place and keep your settings.

Every GitHub release publishes a SHA256SUMS.txt alongside the installer and ZIP. On Windows, verify with CertUtil -hashfile MoniTweak-Setup.exe SHA256 and compare the output.
About the Windows SmartScreen warning
The installer and portable build aren't code-signed yet — that's a paid certificate we haven't bought, not a red flag about the app itself. Because of that, Windows SmartScreen may show "Windows protected your PC" the first time you run a new release. This is expected, and it's tied to how often we ship: SmartScreen trust builds up per file, and resets with every new version — so with frequent releases, it can show up again even for people who saw no warning last time.
To run it anyway: click More info, then Run anyway. If you'd rather verify first, compare the file's hash against SHA256SUMS.txt using the command above — that confirms you got exactly the file we published, independent of the SmartScreen prompt.
