Feature ideas, questions, feedback on a release, or just to say hi — email is the fastest way to reach me directly.

How to report a bug

1

Reproduce it, if you can

A quick note on what you were doing right before it happened — which display, which setting, what you clicked — turns a guess into a fix a lot faster than "it's broken."

2

Export diagnostics from MoniTweak

In the app: Settings > Diagnostics > Export diagnostics… This bundles your configuration, MCCS display capabilities, known topology and local logs into one ZIP — no DDC/CI command is sent, it's a read-only snapshot. MoniTweak flags if the file contains hardware identifiers or custom display names before it's written, so you know what you're about to share.

3

Open a GitHub issue

Include your Windows version and monitor model, and attach the exported ZIP if you're comfortable sharing it — it's optional, but it usually means fewer follow-up questions.

Not sure which one?

Email works either way — I'll point bug reports to GitHub myself if that ends up being a better fit.
